Architects of
the Exchange.

Merging digital nomadism with the ancient Galician pulse. We're facilitators and creative guides — here to open doors to the place, the projects, and the community.

Facilitators

The people behind Rural Hackers and Hybrid Talents. We're here as facilitators and creative guides, not as teachers — to help you connect with the place and create with others.

How we work

Creative guides

"There are no teachers in the classic sense. You'll find facilitators: people who help you as creative guides and connectors with the environment. You build your own path; we help you navigate it."

Trial and error

How we've learned

Everything we do is trial and error. We've learned by trying, failing, and trying again. We experiment, we prototype, we share what works and what doesn't. That's how Rural Hackers grew.

How we work — and how we've learned

Everything we do here is trial and error. We've learned by trying, failing, and trying again — and we still do. There are no ready-made recipes. We experiment, we prototype, we share what works and what doesn't. That's how Rural Hackers grew. We didn't have a master plan; we had curiosity and the willingness to test ideas with the village and with people who care about the same questions.

So when you come to Anceu, you're not coming to a course with a syllabus. There are no teachers in the classic sense. What you'll find are facilitators: people who help you as creative guides and as connectors with the environment. We're here to open doors — to the place, to the projects, to the community — and to support you while you create with them. You build your own path; we help you navigate it.
